Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Our commitment
At Trenapps LLC we want everyone, with or without a disability, to be able to use www.trenapps.com. We work to make the site meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. This means most of the content meets the standard, but some parts do not fully meet it yet.
What we have done
- Ordered headings, landmarks and a "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page.
- Navigation and menus that work with a keyboard; the Escape key closes menus and panels.
- Visible focus on links, buttons and fields.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1.
- Alternative text on informative images.
- Forms with a label on every field and status messages announced to screen readers.
- Respect for the system setting to reduce motion, and a button to pause the client carousel.
- An accessibility button in the bottom-left corner to enlarge text, increase contrast and stop animations.
- Automated testing with axe-core on every page before changes are published.
Known limitations
- Linked third-party services: the client login portals (Mywebtrenapps, Shopsettings and the Trenapps app), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
- The dashboard illustration on the home page is decorative and contains very small sample text; screen readers present it as an image with a description.
- The site uses fixed font sizes, so the browser's text-size setting may not enlarge all content. You can use browser zoom or the "Larger text" option in the accessibility button.
- The site does not currently publish PDF documents or videos. If we do, we will provide them in an accessible format or with captions.
How to get help or report a problem
If you find an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email info@trenapps.com or call or WhatsApp +1 787-665-9668. Tell us the page and the problem. We will reply within 5 business days.
How we evaluate this site
We combine automated axe-core checks on desktop and mobile with manual reviews of keyboard use, focus, headings and contrast. Automated tests do not catch every issue, so we keep reviewing the site manually.
