These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.trenapps.com (the "Website") and any related relationship with Trenapps LLC that is not covered by a separate signed agreement. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you accept these Terms.

2. Who may use the Website
To use the Website you must:
- be an adult under the law that applies to you (minors may use it only under the supervision of a parent or another adult);
- not be located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism;
- not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Website may be used by individuals and by businesses.
3. Accounts
If the Website offers account registration: accounts may not be created by bots or other automated means; each person may register only one account unless we allow otherwise; and accounts may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
4. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website (text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and design) belongs to Trenapps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

6. Text messaging (SMS)
Trenapps offers a two-way customer-service text messaging program on +1 (787) 665-9668. You opt in by contacting us first. We send only transactional messages related to your inquiry, not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Acceptable use
You may use the Website only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not use it to violate laws or regulations, infringe the rights of others, harm our legitimate interests, offend us or third parties, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, or send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited content.
If you do, we may take appropriate measures, including denying access, ending any relationship with you and reporting the conduct to the competent authorities.
8. Our services and purchases
Information about our products and services on the Website is provided for reference and may change without notice. Our professional services, subscriptions and implementations are provided under a written agreement or order form signed with each client; that agreement governs those services and prevails over these Terms where they differ.
Where payments are made online, they are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment was completed. If a payment fails or is refused, we are not required to provide the service ordered. Rights to use a purchased service begin once full payment is received, unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate or complete, that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses, or that it will meet your requirements. Any content you download is at your own risk. We are not responsible for products or services offered by third parties through the Website or linked sites.

10. Limitation of liability

In any case, our total liability related to the Website will not exceed the amount you paid us under these Terms in the 12 months before the claim.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trenapps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms or of any law, your violation of the rights of others, or any content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Availability of the Website
We may interrupt the Website for maintenance, updates or changes, and may suspend or discontinue it within the limits of the law. When possible, we will give notice in advance. The Website may also be unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as power or infrastructure failures.
13. No reselling
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Website or our services without our prior written permission.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated version on this page with its date and, where required, notify you in advance. Changes apply from the date indicated. If you continue to use the Website after that date, you accept the updated Terms. You may request previous versions from us.
16. General provisions
- Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, taking your legitimate interests into account. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that does not waive it.
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid, and the rest remains in effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website. A signed agreement with Trenapps governs the services it covers.
- Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification, will survive.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Complaints and contact
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@trenapps.com with a brief description and any relevant details. We will review it and respond within 7 days of receiving it. This does not affect your right to take legal action.
